Hello Libertyville Little League Families,

Opening Weekend is almost here—just 5 weeks to go until May 2nd! 🎉 That means baseball, teamwork, and unforgettable moments are right around the corner.

Libertyville Little League runs on community spirit, and our volunteers are what make the season possible. Whether you’re out on the fields/in the dugout, helping with the concession stand and the grill, or keeping score, every volunteer plays a big role in creating a great experience for our players.

🔧 Volunteer Sign-Ups Are Now Open!
The first opportunity available is Field Maintenance, taking place:

• Saturday, April 11 | 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• Saturday, April 18 | 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• 25 volunteer spots available each day

This is a fantastic way to jump in early, meet other LLL families, and make a visible impact before the season even begins!

More volunteer opportunities will be opening soon once registration closes, teams are assigned, and schedules are finalized. We’ll be sure to send another update when those roles are available.

📌 Volunteer Requirements

• 4 volunteer hours per registered child (maximum of 3 children)
• Volunteer Opt-Out Option: $100 per player / $250 max per family
• Non-Compliance Fine: $150 per player for unmet hours or no-shows
